Karaka Lodge is set in five hectares of undulating countryside just 35 minutes south of Auckland City and Auckland International airport (see Map and Directions).   The setting is secluded, making it the ideal venue for board meetings and seminars, and the attention to detail at the Lodge will ensure that you relax and concentrate on your business.

Karaka Lodge provides you with superb farmhouse cuisine with a talented cook who will adapt to requirements as requested.  As the Lodge is conveniently situated to Auckland, it is ideal for day meetings with the option of several delegates staying overnight if required.

Karaka Lodge has six double/twin guestrooms, each with ensuite and a separate lounge area and private entrance. Each suite looks over a panoramic view of the golfing attractions and one of the Lodge's two putting greens is right outside the door.

Day conference rates include:

• Conference facility and all standard equipment -- site charge -- $NZ 320 per day.

• Morning and afternoon tea -- muffins, shortbread and chocolate cake
  Prices on request

• Lunch -- soup and homemade breads, filled croissants, quiches, hot savouries, sliced cold meat, fresh fruit and cheeses, or as you prefer from the Luncheon menu. Prices on request

• Special dietary needs and preferred menus catered for on request.

• Unlimited freshly brewed coffee and a selection of teas and orange juice.

• Dinner - from $NZ55 per person

Accommodation (when all rooms are booked)
Room - twin/share (including a Continental breakfast) -- $NZ 100 per person
Single occupancy (including a Continental breakfast) -- $NZ 150 per person
